30-Day Risk-Free Returns

At Auvelle Beauty, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

Product-Specific Guidelines

Skincare Devices & Beauty Tools (LED Facial Devices, Neck Sculpting Wands, Glow Therapy Wands, etc.): Items must be returned in their original packaging, unused and undamaged, with all accessories included.

Skincare Products (Retinol Youth-Renew Cream, etc.): If a skincare product doesn't work for your skin type, contact our support team within 30 days of delivery and we'll work with you to find a solution.

How to Start a Return

1. Contact our support team at support@auvellebeauty.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. We'll provide you with return instructions and a prepaid shipping label.
3. Ship the item back to us following the provided instructions.
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned once opened: skincare products that have been used, and personal care devices that show signs of use.
